Why do people still fly Delta Airlines?

Because Delta Airlines is one of the best airlines in the U.S.!
Their customer service is superior, from the moment I arrive at the gate to departing the plane, they treat customers with courtesy & respect.
Their baggage handling is superb. I realize they can’t control each airport’s baggage transport facility, but I’ve watched how they handle the parts they DO control (checking a bag, loading them on the plane, putting them on the jetway) and they show respect for others’ property, whereas I’ve watched other airlines treat them like trash being tossed in a dumpster.
